The AGM and New Executive
The annual general meeting took place on Sunday, September 25th, 2011 at 11:00 am @ 181 Donald Street (Ararat Armenian School).
The Ottawa community members elected the following new executives :

ACFO soccer games

We are pleased to announce that the newly established ACFO Sports Committee is trying to recruit members from our community to organize informal weekly soccer games . There is no age or other limits and anyone who loves playing soccer is welcome.
If you would be interested in joining, please contact Raffi Markarian at rafikgm@yahoo.com or (613) 822-6697.
Once we have a group of interested players we’ll discuss when and where the games will be played. If you know other soccer enthusiasts in our community, feel free to bring this announcement to their attention.

ACFO Family Day Event
Location and time: Saturday February 19th, 6:30 pm- 10:00 pm, Hintonburg Community Centre,1064 Wellington Street, Ottawa Ontario K1Y 2Y3
Food:Snack Potluck,Please bring finger food, baked items, fruit, nuts, whatever you think is in our traditions for these events. ACFO will provide beverage, coffee, and cutlery.No alcohol is served.
Please let us know what type of food you would like to bring.
Cost: No entrance fee. Donations are more than welcome to cover our rental and other expenses.
Activities: Games for children, music, Valentine celebration; backgammon table, and brief presentation of our survey
Survey: at 8:30 pm.10 minutes presentation followed by 20 minutes discussion.
